Bill Tandler will deliver "GD&T Fundamentals" session 1:00 - 2:00 PM October 14th:

This session provides an overview of the most important aspects of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers Y14.5M 1994 Standard, and demonstrates in particular, how the common and debilitating practice of "interpreting" GD&T can be replaced by strict "encoding" and "decoding", thus turning what many see as a more often than not "confusing art" into a scientifically clean system. Attendees will discover how the crystalline Y14.5M 1994 concepts, tools rules and processes catalogued in the SmartGD&T™ framework presented by Mr. Tandler make the standard's principles and symbology capable of large scale automation in the worlds of CAD, CAM and CAI. This session will therefore be especially beneficial for users who develop with, or support, the Spatial Manufacturing Options.
